5 Tips For Success With Twitter

1) Why are using Twitter?

You need to know what you want to use Twitter for. Sit down and formulate a strategy: Do you want to develop small scale relationships, market your brand or drive people to your website... without a goal you will not be able to measure your success with Twitter.
Just using Twitter because everyone else is using it won't bring you success

2) Image!

Make sure your Twitter account looks professional. Just like your web site or office space, you will need to project a professional image so you are taken seriously... even if you are a comedian you still want people to take you seriously!

3) Reply!

Thank Twitter users who say something positive about your company or brand, and if they tweeted something bad resolve it and they could become a fan of your business!

4)Write Interesting posts!

Why should people follow you on Twitter? What will they get out of it? Make sure there is value in your posts and if you direct users to your website/blog with a link, make sure there is value in the information they are going to read, they are more likely to read your future tweets and re tweet your posting which can gain you more followers.

5) Have a catchy title!

You want your followers to re tweet your posts onto their followers? ... Make sure the title grabs their attention. Keep it short so it's quicker and easy to read.

TOP 5 TIPS FOR REMOVING STAINS FROM LEATHER SOFAS

1.Ink stains.
Spray the affected area with hairspray, then wipe it off with a clean cloth. Ink can be extremely difficult to remove, so you may need to consult a leather-cleaning professional. Also an eraser can be used to remove fresh ink stains..

2.Gum.
Rub with a plastic bag of ice cubes to harden the gum, and then pull off the gum. For any residual gum, heat the area with a hair dryer and rub off the gum with a clean cloth.

3.Water based stains.
Let the leather dry naturally. Keep the item away from heat sources, and restore its softness with a leather conditioner after it's dry.

4.Mildew stains.
Mix 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) rubbing alcohol with 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) water. Moisten a cloth with the mixture and wipe the affected area. Leave it to dry.

5.Grease stains.
Blot grease with a clean cloth. Sprinkle talcum powder or cornstarch on the affected area. Wait least 4 hours, then wipe off the powder.(Talcum powder and corn starch are said to work to fight grease in particular. Don't rub it into the grease, however. Instead let it sit on top of it for a good four hours.

These methods are not guaranteed they will work and you should test the products you use on an inconspicuous area before removing the stain from a prominent area. Different leather should be treated differently and these methods generally are considered for well finished/ pigmented leathers.

THE WORLDS LONGEST SOFA

Longest sofa
On 14 June 2009, in the beautiful Norwegian town of Sykkylven, a new Guinness World Records™ record was set for the longest sofa. The event was organized as a joint effort by local furniture companies to get the record for Sykkylven, well known for its furniture industry. They managed to smash the record by making a sofa measuring an impressive 890.25 m (2,920 ft 9 in) – more than 10 times longer than the previous record of 64.78 m (212 ft 6 in), which was set in Greece in May this year.

HOW TO CHOOSE A SOFA

Your sofa is the largest piece of furniture in your home. It's the focal point of the room and the starting point from which lots of design styles start. Most people keep their sofas for 5 to 8 years on average. That's longer then some people keep their cars.

It's a long time to have the same piece of furniture, but with just a bit of thought on your part before your purchase you can have a sofa you'll love for a long time. First off consider your budget and how long you plan to keep your sofa. If you're purchasing a sofa with the idea of holding onto it for 2 or 3 years then don't spend a lot of money.

However, if you are looking to invest in a sofa you're going to be keeping for 5 or more years, spend more.

Also, consider the usage the sofa will get. Is this a sofa for a dorm room? For use in a family room? A living room? Consider what options you may want. Perhaps the size of the room your sofa is going into isn't large enough to accommodate many pieces of furniture .
